RRE on the Dare to Develop Podcast | Developing an Art for Hospitality and Service

Betsy and I recently had the opportunity to sit down (virtually) with Ashley Baumgartner and Kristine Herman, the California-based photographers behind the creative podcast, Dare to Develop. Their podcast aims to empower small business creatives to constantly evolve their business and take risks. They’ve had really revealing conversations with some of our favorite vendor friends including photographers Corbin Gurkin, Perry Vaile and bridal stylist Gabrielle Hurwtiz (who we recently clinked glasses with in New York City) - so we were thrilled to be included as guests.

After years of individual experience in our respective careers, Betsy and I combined our talents, strengths and passion to build what is now Rebecca Rose Events. To this day, we lean on our former hotel, corporate event planning, and catering backgrounds to deliver exceptional service and always be one step ahead for our clients and partners.

We hope you enjoy this candid conversation, as well as a peek behind the curtain at some of the processes that have allowed us to become a luxury wedding planning firm that over delivers. Our commitment to “heavy lifting”  including diligent reporting and detailed deliverables are woven into our service brand and a true testament to our appreciation of hospitality ourselves.

We thank you Ashley and Kristine for this wonderful opportunity to share our story. We invite you to listen on Spotify with a fresh cup of coffee. After you listen, let us know if anything struck a chord. Enjoy!
