Our warehouse is bursting at the seams and it’s about that time again… time to bid farewell to vases, vessels, tidbits, tabletop decor, and entertaining wares, in order to make room for new additions to our ever-expanding inventory of design elements and props.

Here are the details!

  • When:Wednesday, August 2, 2023

  • Starting: 9:30 am

  • Ending: 5:30 pm or sooner if everything sells out!

  • Where: Our studio is located at 111-E Reynolda Village in Winston-Salem, NC

  • What to expect: Historically, we’ve seen pieces go quickly as event planners, designers, florists, caterers, venue owners, and members of the trade love to shop early! You know what they say… early birds get the worms!


Now, some FAQ’s from years and sales past…

Q: Will you ship pieces?

A: No. While we wish this were easier, the reality is that we don’t have the time or capacity to ship inventory. All items must be picked up in person. You’re welcome to have somebody come and shop for you if you can’t make it!


Q: Can I shop online?

A: We will not post a full sale inventory online, however we do often preview items we have on Instagram stories a few days before (and on the day of) our sale. If you see something you want, you may contact us for an invoice. We cannot hold inventory for you without payment. All items must be picked up within 48 hours. (As noted above, we will not ship any sale items.)


Q: Is this sale open to anyone, or only other event professionals?

A: Absolutely anyone and everyone is welcome! Keep in mind that some items will be sold only in bulk quantities.



Q: Are the items new or used?

A: Most items are gently used, as they have been a part of our design inventory and used for events. That said, all pieces are in good condition, and many in like-new condition! All pieces will be priced accordingly, and priced to sell.



Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: We will accept cash, check, or credit card. Sales tax will be applied to all orders.



Q: May I return any items?

A: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.



Q: What types of items can I expect to find at the sale?

A: We will have a lot of vases, candle holders, event accessories (such as table numbers, stanchions, etc.), remnant paper stock and envelopes, bulk ribbon, remnant fabric, candles, and more.


While an RSVP is not required, it’s helpful for us to know how many to expect. Let us know if you think you can make it!
