It's Not Goodbye, but See You Later!
While this is not the easiest post to write, I feel as though I owe it to you, our readers, to share a few changes that are taking place. As of next week, I will no longer be a full-time employee of Rebecca Rose Events. As many of you know, I moved to Winston-Salem from Raleigh last year to be closer to my family. While I do not regret that decision one tiny bit, I have been missing Raleigh quite a bit since the move. After lots (and lots and lots and lots) of debate, I have decided to move back to the city that has my heart and take a position as a catering sales manager for a large catering company.

In my time with Rebecca Rose Events, I have gained so much knowledge of the industry, confidence in myself, and many new industry friends. Though it was shorter than I would have imagined, in these past twelve months, I really have learned so much about myself and the wedding industry.
I have learned that when you hear that the Rebecca Rose team offers “full-service” wedding planning, it really means “full-service.” The RRE team does so many things behind the scenes that I am certain many of our readers are unaware of. We spend our days creating diagrams, revising linen orders, stuffing invitations to be mailed, communicating with other vendors, designing tablescapes and floral installations, and so much more. Through my time at Rebecca Rose, I have learned that it is never okay to give up because something isn’t convenient or it didn’t work the first time. This group of women will do everything possible to serve their clients to the best of their abilities, even if it means sacrificing their own family time, vacation, or sleep. The Rebecca Rose team is a team full of rock stars, and I am so honored to have been a part of it for this short period of time.
This is absolutely not goodbye. I will be back working with Rebecca Rose Events in some capacity in the future, I just know it. You will likely see me pop in from time to time on our Instagram story. Make sure to be following the rest of the RRE team in the many adventures ahead.
