Janet & Rick's WinMock Wedding
On a sunny October Sunday, we were reminded by this beautiful wedding at WinMock that true loves knows no boundaries. I'm excited to share a little peek at this special day, courtesy of Sara Logan Photography. We watched and cried as Janet finally walked down the aisle to marry the man she had dreamed about her whole life. Rick and Janet’s wedding was worth the wait!
Family and friends gathered for an afternoon ceremony framed by barn doors, the perfect spot for the grandson of a dairy farmer. The string trio played as Janet’s nephews walked her down the aisle. Rick and Janet read love letters to each other that brought smiles and tears of joy to many. Laughter could be heard as guests celebrated and reminisced how this sweet couple finally met singing in their church choir. Live music filled the reception as the newlyweds shared a first dance, the bride’s lace gown followed as her groom spun her around and they both laughed.
As guests prepared to wave goodbye to the newlyweds, Janet stopped and gave me the biggest hug. She told me their wedding day was everything she had always imagined and so much more. It was such an incredible honor to share this day with a couple whose patience for love we will never forget
